- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆They are extremely rude and not helpful at all. We didn't have the up to date insurance info, so I told her I had it on my phone, and she told me to get up so she could help someone else and she would get to us after that. It literally took me 60 seconds to pull up the email, but ok that's fine help someone else. So when she was done with that person my husband told her we had it, and she looked dead at him and called a different number and said she would help us after that. We waited our turn and we were just completely overlooked and she was just very rude in her whole demeanor. Don't go there if you don't have to!!!!By Danica Kavanaugh, September 26, 2017

- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Every time I called this office they will have me on hold for 20 minutes. I called back several times and they will pick the phone up and hang up immediately. The lady took my drivers number and put me on hold. The service is awful. I'm sorry I gave my information to this office. Wasn't very helpful, much like very rude. 5-02-16 ..hope someone handles the situation if not I will.
